Drakshya was once a happy, playful child with dreams of school and a bright future. Sadly, he now spends his days in hospital corridors, undergoing painful treatments and multiple blood transfusions. His reports show significant blast cells (8-10%) in his bone marrow, indicating disease progression and the urgent need for further treatment, including chemotherapy and potentially a stem cell transplant.

His father, Seeta Ram, is a daily wage labourer who struggles even to meet basic household expenses. The cost of Drakshya’s treatment is far beyond the family’s means.

Drakshya’s mother weeps every night, watching her child slip further into weakness and pain, unable to afford the care that could save him. Despite all the hardships, Drakshya continues to fight, holding onto the hope that help will arrive in time.
